You came highly recommended by two neighbors of ours who raved about your work and actually asked us to come over to see their finished bathrooms and kitchen. At our first meeting, you listened carefully to what we were tentatively planning, and then you gave us some ideas, based on what WE wanted. You did not try to sell us anything we did not want. You guided us in choosing the counter top, its material, and then gave us hundreds of color scheme choices. We took home enough color chips to redecorate all of Staten Island! You helped us at every step of the way in a professional and pleasant manner. We felt comfortable and unrushed. We set a date and a time and when we called about changing something you suggested getting started a day earlier.

You arrived prepared to work and on time. You personally worked every step with your crew and the work went smoothly, neat, and quickly. “We want to take this time to thank you for the excellent job that you did in renovating our bathrooms. You were extremely helpful in helping us decide which cabinets, tiles, and fixtures would be most practical for our house. You were very knowledgeable and patient. When you gave us the estimate, your price was competitive with the other contractors that we had spoken to.

You told us that the entire job would take four to five days. To be very honest I did not believe that it would be possible to totally renovate our master bathroom and replace the cabinets, toilet, sink, vanity, medicine cabinets, and shower doors in our second bathroom in such a short period of time. Much to our surprise, you completed the entire job in not only four to five days but in three days. It was something that one had to see to believe. What was most impressive was the way you and your team worked. You arrived at our house as promised at 7:45am Monday morning. Your helpers entered our house and unfolding drop clothes as they walked in. You then set up your tools and got down to work gutting our bathroom down to the studs. In spite of the dirty nature of that task, you and your crew cleaned up, bagged all the debris, loaded it in your truck, and vacuumed all the dust before moving on to the next phase of work.

The plumbing and electrical work was done also with the same precision and expertise. You worked right along with them throughout the entire day. At the end of the day, your men again cleaned up, picked up their drop clothes, and vacuumed. There was not one piece of garbage left in our home or on our property. Tuesday morning again, you showed up and entered my home unfolding drop clothes as you walked in. The tilers began working while you and the other workers began to work on the second bathroom. You all worked together in a coordinated and professional manner throughout the entire day. Wednesday began the same as the previous days. On this day, you installed the toilet, medicine cabinets, shower doors, vanity, and wall cabinets. By the end of the day the entire job was complete and my home was as clean as it was prior to your arrival on day one.

We cannot put into words how beautiful our bathrooms look and how pleased we are. The work is flawless and we must say that you and your team were all meticulous in every way. You continued to install the cabinets. About 1:00pm the granite installers arrived and installed the counter tops. At the end of the day my home was again restored to its immaculate conditi0on.

Thursday began the same as the previous days. On this day you installed the appliances, sink fixtures, and wall tiles. By the end of the day the entire job was complete and my home was looking as clean as it was prior to your arrival on day one. Before you left you were sure that everything looked and worked perfectly.

We cannot put into words how beautiful our kitchen looks and how pleased we are. The work is flawless and we must say that you and your team were all meticulous in every way. When people come to our home they look at the kitchen and bathroom and say, “Wow, these rooms look like they come from a magazine.” Please feel free to use us as a reference.
